Membership Requirements
- Academic Institution: Membership is limited to academic institutions and their employees.
- Memorandum of Understanding: Sign a formal MoU with King's College London establishing collaborative terms.
- Data Contribution: Willingness to contribute clinical and/or genomic data related to inflammatory eye disease.
- Phenotypic Standardization: Commitment to standardized phenotyping using SUN criteria and other agreed protocols.
- Collaborative Engagement: Participation in Consortium meetings, workshops, and regular communication.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain confidentiality of shared data and ensure full compliance with data protection and ethics regulations.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Prospective members are asked to review the joining overview with King's College London, which outlines:
- Collaborative research goals in inflammatory eye disease genomics
- Standardized phenotypic and clinical data collection protocols
- Principles of trust, confidentiality, and open communication
- Data sharing terms and intellectual property rights
- Publication policies and citation practices
- Governance expectations and renewal terms
